Role: Registered Nurse PAT
Responsibilities: Evaluate patients pre-surgery, provide education, prepare patients with IV therapy and medications, participate in surgical site verification, recognize emergencies, deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, assess and monitor patient conditions, document thoroughly, and educate patients and families.
Teamwork & Environment: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contribute to a culture of respect and continuous improvement, and participate in rounding with unit leaders.
Qualifications: Nursing degree, active RN license, excellent interpersonal skills, BCLS and PALS certification, minimum 1 year hospital experience, preferred clinical experience in surgical or perioperative care.
Work Conditions: Schedule includes four 10-hour shifts per week, with no nights, weekends, or holidays required; on-call during select non-business hours.
