Shift: We have two Shifts available. Part Time: 2
* 10 hours shift during the week only, No Weekend Full Time: 4
* 9.5 Hours shift during the week + Every 4th weekend

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting. This full-time contract position requires flexibility to work 32–40 hours per week, including every other weekend and occasional floating to nearby clinic locations.

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and TB skin tests following clinical guidelines.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs and medical history.
• Assist providers with patient care and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Perform patient registration, intake, discharge, and appointment scheduling.
• Educate patients on immunizations and preventive healthcare.
• Document patient information accurately in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), preferably Epic.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-friendly clinical environment.
• Support patient outreach, reminder calls, and overall clinic operations.

• Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license.
• Current BLS Certification .
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room .
• Experience administering immunizations and injections.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred).
• Strong patient communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to obtain vital signs and provide quality patient care.

$36.00 - $37.15 per hour
