Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient oncology unit. They collaborate with management and healthcare teams to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care, supporting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate admissions and discharges, assess and improve patient care quality, support patient-first initiatives, assist with staff scheduling and training, manage supplies, and promote teamwork for better outcomes. - Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications, Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) within one year of employment, and a Nursing diploma. - Skills & Attributes:
Leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, clinical assessment, and resource management.
