Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Surgical Specialty, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental and state standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes in condition.
- Perform procedures, monitor responses, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Respond to patient requests, anticipate needs, and provide compassionate support.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and medications, ensuring understanding.
- Current RN licensure with an Associate Degree.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a patient-focused approach.
