Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse in the Pain Clinic, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with departmental standards and nursing best practices. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, compassionate care, following models such as ‘Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.’ Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, performing ordered procedures, administering medications, monitoring responses, and documenting care accurately.
You will respond promptly to patient needs, educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments, and advocate for optimal clinical outcomes.
- RN license, diploma or associate degree, at least 2 years of experience, and certifications in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient education abilities; ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Conduct patient assessments, perform procedures, administer medications, monitor therapeutic responses, respond to patient requests, and educate patients and families about care plans.
