Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient conditions, performing medical procedures, administering medications, and documenting care accurately. Key Responsibilities- Assess patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform procedures, monitor responses, and ensure thorough documentation.
- Respond to patient requests proactively, providing exceptional care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, medications, and follow-up care.
- RN license with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing Diploma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
- Strong communication, compassionate care, and teamwork skills.
