Registered Nurse; RN

Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient conditions, performing medical procedures, administering medications, and documenting care accurately. You will collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, advocate for patients and families, and provide education to promote understanding of medical conditions and treatments.

• Assess patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitor responses, and ensure thorough documentation.
• Respond to patient requests proactively, providing exceptional care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, medications, and follow-up care.

• RN license with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing Diploma.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
• Strong communication, compassionate care, and teamwork skills.
