Join as a Registered Nurse Neonatal and Inpatient Peds Float, providing essential patient care in a collaborative, supportive environment.
- Perform therapeutic and administrative nursing duties under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, supporting patient outcomes and nursing advancement.
- Work primarily in a 70-bed NICU and cross-train in inpatient Pediatrics within Women's/Children's Services.
- Offer care during night shifts with rotating weekends, fostering skill growth and teamwork.
- Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications (PALS within 1 month).
- Minimum of two years of NICU experience required, with cross-training in Pediatrics.
- Responsibilities include delivering quality care to neonatal and pediatric patients, supporting clinical excellence, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
