Job Description
We are hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for an urgent, full-time permanent Med Surg opportunity in Salina, KS. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Med Surg or acute-care RN looking for a stable hospital position, competitive compensation, strong benefits, and a collaborative team environment.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
- Specialty: Medical-Surgical / Med Surg
- Shift: Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Hours: 12-hour shifts
- Pay: $29.00 – $43.00/hr
, based on education and experience - Shift Differential: +$2.00/hr
- Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hr
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
What You'll Do
- Provide professional nursing care to a variety of medical and surgical patients
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications and ongoing care
- Work as part of a supportive, engaging and collaborative Med Surg team
Unit Details
- Maximum 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
