Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Administer specialized care and support to neonatal patients.
• Implement and monitor appropriate medical equipment and technology.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality neonatal care.
• Perform IV insertions, whole-body cooling procedures, and attend to surgical cases.
• Support family-centered care and enhance the patient experience.

Requirements of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Minimum 1-year current acute care NICU hospital experience.
• BLS & NRP certifications.
• Active Kansas RN licensure.
• Level IV NICU experience preferred.
• Prior experience with Meditech is desirable.
