Dog Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Dog Trainer to join our team. As a Professional Dog Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and behavior modification services to dogs and their owners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with animals and has a strong background in dog training.

• Conduct one-on-one training sessions with dogs of various breeds and sizes
• Teach basic obedience commands, such as sit, stay, and heel
• Address behavioral issues, including aggression, separation anxiety, leash pulling, etc.
• Develop personalized training plans based on each dog's needs and goals
• Educate dog owners on techniques and effective communication with their pets
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful training outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and client information

• Previous experience as a Dog Trainer or similar role is highly preferred
• Knowledge of various dog breeds, their behavior traits, and training methods
• Familiarity with positive reinforcement techniques and reward-based training methods
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both dogs and their owners
• Ability to assess dog behavior and tailor training programs accordingly
• Experience in veterinary assistance, customer service, kennel work, animal care, pet grooming, equine care, pet sitting, or veterinary technician roles is a plus
• Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
