The Production Quality Inspector ensures that products and manufacturing processes meet defined quality standards throughout the Production Center. This role supports issue resolution, contributes to product and process control activities, and collaborates closely with Engineering to ensure robust, reliable, and maintainable product designs.
Key Responsibilities- es Perform quality control inspections of manufactured products and existing production processes in accordance with applicable standards and methodology
- s.Participate in the analysis and resolution of product and manufacturing process issue
- s.Contribute to the definition, implementation, and maintenance of Product and Process Control Plan
- s.Support the Engineering team in applying quality criteria during product design to ensur

Proper industrialization of the manufacturing proce - ss Accurate testing, measurement, and control metho

- ty Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation using Microsoft Office tool
- s.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality risks and opportunities within production processe

Experience as a Quality Inspector in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in electronic assemb - ly.
Strong knowledge of applicable electronic and microelectronic standards, includi - ng:
IPC/J-STD- - 001
IPC-A- - 610
IPC-A- - 620
Proven experience with quality assurance and inspection process - es.
Knowledge of electronic assembly processes and test methods is an ass - et.
Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies (8D, QRQC) is an ass - et.
Understanding of quality tools such as FMEA and Control Plans is an ass - et.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentati
