This is a full-time hybrid role for Independent Contractor Real Estate Agents specializing in both residential and commercial properties. Based in Overland Park, KS, agents will have the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate; identifying and pursuing sales opportunities; and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications- Active Real Estate License required to practice
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
- Experience in Sales and a results-driven mindset
- Strong Customer Service skills and client relations expertise
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with real estate markets in Kansas City is a plus
- Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate is beneficial
