** to lead one of our dynamic corporate dining accounts in Overland, KS. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary‑driven manager who enjoys balancing great food, great service, and great business results.

* This account features a streamlined and welcoming program that includes:

** 1 Corporate Café
** with 3 stations (Breakfast & Lunch only!)

** Office Coffee Services (OCS)*

** Monday-Friday daytime hours
** with a few evenings and weekends a year while leading a small but impactful team.

Key Responsibilities *
* + Build and maintain a
** strong client relationship*

* * including budget, forecasting, and cost controls

+ Lead
** menu planning** , ordering, and inventory

+ Drive
** catering production
** and ensure quality execution

+ Balance duties as
** 70% hands-on Chef
** and
** 30% administrative leader*
* + Oversee
** food & labor cost standards*
* + Manage and motivate a team of
** 4 hourly employees*
* + Handle HR-related responsibilities including scheduling, payroll, and training

This is a perfect role for a chef who enjoys leading an operation end-to-end and making a daily impact.
