Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate
Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

This role supports the freezers, coolers, and deli areas by stocking, maintaining product quality and sanitation, and delivering member service on the front lines in the deli department when applicable.
Responsibilities- Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
- Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required documentation; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
- Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues; promotes the Company's products and services.
- Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures; cleaning the area; and reporting issues to Management.
- Maintains temperature control and verifies expiration dates; disposes of lesser-quality food products as needed.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience with stocking and customer service is preferred
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality products are available and properly labeled
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and environments; willingness to learn and engage in continuous improvement
