Ace Hardware - - - Responsibilities:
Supervise the store's operations and act as acting manager in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Managers.;
Proactively assist customers, greet them, solve problems, and provide product knowledge.;
Oversee cashiering functions including training, maintenance, audits, and reports.;
Maintain daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor areas; ensure pricing updates.;
Lead and train associates; participate in store meetings; communicate merchandising and cost-control ideas to the General Manager.
