Verify shipments by comparing merchandise invoices to items received to ensure accuracy;
Prepare and send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via Fed Ex;
Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips and ensure proper POS matching;
Manage visual merchandise by tagging, hanging, folding, and steaming as needed;
Receive freight boxes and store transfers, maintain shipment paperwork, and organize supplies
