Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part-time)
Location:
Overland Park, KS 66204. Position is part-time, hybrid, requiring varied weekly hours and occasional weekend/holiday work.
- Day-to-Day Engagement: Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory across stores. Communicate with supervisors, report time, respond to surveys, and interact professionally with store staff and customers. Manage the entire Hallmark product display in assigned stores.
- Holiday Support: Work additional days and extended hours leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May be required on the holiday itself or during weekends.
- Department Resets: Participate in installations, fixture building, and card department relocations or resets. Receive assignments up to two weeks in advance and may work evenings or weekends.

Support other merchandisers in the field organization as needed.
- Hourly pay: $15.00–$16.00, based on skills and experience.
- Paid training provided live and virtual.
- Part‑time employees are eligible for voluntary benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc.
- Variable weekly schedule with 6–10 hours per week on average.
- Availability required during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, and for season changeovers.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Read, write, and understand English.
- Capable of pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents.
- Access to Wi-Fi and the internet.
- Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
