• Perform golf club repairs, including re‑gripping, re‑shafting, loft and lie adjustments.
• Perform club fitting and performance modifications using club fitting equipment. Provide product and service recommendations according to customer needs.
• Manage workflow for all customer services, establishing turnaround times to meet customer needs.
• Promote company programs including Warranty Sales, Scorecard and Private Label Credit Card.
• Manage golf service supply inventory by accurately tracking shop usage.
• Complete, organize and store all customer work orders.
• Provide a high level of customer service by consistently putting the customer at the center of everything we do.
• Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation, ensuring that product is on the sales floor to proper inventory levels and maintained to daily standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information and control shrink by complying with all loss prevention standards and programs.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and participate in all recovery and cleanliness standards.
• Create an inclusive in‑store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe and is treated with respect.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• 1–2 years of club fitting, loft/lie adjustment and/or re‑gripping experience preferred.
