Style Encore Overland Park is looking for a dependable, motivated team member who is ready for more responsibility.

You do not need to have been a manager already. Were looking for someone who enjoys being trusted, taking ownership, helping customers, and being part of a team.

We can teach the right person how to:

• Lead a shift
• Open and close the store
• Become a Style Encore buyer
• Merchandise and maintain the sales floor
• Coach and support other team members
• Help drive daily store goals
• Previous fashion, specialty retail, resale, restaurant, hospitality, or other fast-paced customer-service experience is a plus.
• Were looking for someone who is:
• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly and confident with customers
• Comfortable taking responsibility
• Organized and able to stay productive in a busy store
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Interested in growing into greater responsibility
• Available for some evenings and weekends
