Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; following recipes; wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise; ensuring food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management; operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment.;
Be a Techie:
Uses digital handheld tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; using handheld technology to make production/merchandise decisions.;
Be an Owner:
Maintains work area per policies; ensures quality and date control for bakery items; protects merchandise; reduces waste; assists members with purchases; ensures proper packaging and labeling.;
Be a Talent Ambassador:
