Technical Sales Representative
Join a well-established HVAC organization with over five decades of success driven by innovation, engineering excellence, and customer-focused solutions. This role blends technical knowledge, consultative sales, and customer engagement to deliver high-impact HVAC solutions across a regional territory.
Customer Engagement & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and end users
- Identify customer needs and present customized HVAC solutions
- Prepare project-specific recommendations, proposals, and cost estimates
- Develop deep knowledge of HVAC equipment, systems, and applications
- Stay current on industry trends, codes, technologies, and competitive offerings
- Clearly communicate technical and value-based differentiators across the full product portfolio
- Partner with operations, service, and engineering teams to ensure timely project execution
- Support customers through the sales cycle and post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, engineering, construction, service, design, or technical sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license with regional travel up to 25%
