Technical Sales Representative

Customer Engagement & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and end users
• Identify customer needs and present customized HVAC solutions
• Prepare project-specific recommendations, proposals, and cost estimates

Product & Technical Expertise

• Develop deep knowledge of HVAC equipment, systems, and applications
• Stay current on industry trends, codes, technologies, and competitive offerings
• Clearly communicate technical and value-based differentiators across the full product portfolio

Customer Support & Project Collaboration

• Partner with operations, service, and engineering teams to ensure timely project execution
• Support customers through the sales cycle and post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, engineering, construction, service, design, or technical sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Valid driver's license with regional travel up to 25%
