Agency Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Development Manager based in Overland Park, KS. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring insurance representatives, developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, driving sales to meet company objectives, and maintaining strong relationships with business clients and internal stakeholders. The role also requires monitoring team performance, providing ongoing support to ensure success, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

• Sales and business development skills, including the ability to drive revenue growth and manage accounts effectively.
• Recruiting, training, and leadership skills to build, develop, and mentor a team of representatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain and enhance client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities to create and execute business growth plans.
• Knowledge of workplace and voluntary benefits preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry or financial services is advantageous.
