What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies to maximize availability of residential brands
  • Create and manage customized business plans for key customers, focusing on targets and promotional activities
  • Oversee outside and inside sales personnel in selling Allegion products to end-users
  • Conduct job site surveys to gather specification and competitive information
  • Manage CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) for project follow-up and customer contact management
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-specific software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
