This role is essential for supervising and supporting a sales team focused on acquiring new business in targeted enterprise and strategic accounts with decentralized. It involves collaborating with team members and management to address challenges and provide guidance for daily activities. The role differentiates itself by using data-driven insights and operational guidelines to lead and inspire a team of business account experts.
Success is measured by the team's achievement of sales goals through effective coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring. The work impacts the organization by driving business growth and enhancing team capabilities in a competitive sales environment.
- Monitor and improve team performance by providing feedback and support to enhance sales effectiveness
- Deliver individual and team-level results reporting to inform performance and decision-making
- Conduct personalized feedback sessions addressing work tasks, quota achievement, training progress, and career development
- Organize and facilitate coaching and training sessions to equip representatives with necessary knowledge and tools
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 2-4 years - Inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position
- Less than 2 years - Sales or Retail Management experience
- 2-4 years - Customer service, sales, and/or retention as a Sr Representative or Coaching Position
Skills and Abilities
- Sales Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. Experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. (Required)
- Business Acumen Demonstrate key business acumen skills such as Leadership (trustworthiness, time management, positive attitude, self-motivation);
Strategic Thinking (adaptability, flexibility, planning);
Analytical Skills (research, attention to detail);

- Client Relationship Management Ability to establish and cultivate initial client relationships, including setting up meetings and connecting with key contacts within the organization. Experience in managing first impressions, understanding client needs, and laying the groundwork for future business opportunities. (Required)
- Organizational Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. (Required)
- CRM Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales enablement tools like Outreach, Linked In, and Zoom Info. (Required)
- Technology Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. (Required)
