This role is essential for acquiring new business customers within targeted enterprise and strategic accounts with decentralized purchasing models. It involves prospecting sales leads, conducting discovery conversations, and promoting relevant products and services to potential customers. The role requires managing business verification, credit underwriting, customer protection reviews, and coordinating with fraud teams. Success is measured by meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas through effective customer acquisition and account management.
The work impacts organizational growth by expanding the customer base and supporting post‑sale customer needs throughout account ownership.
- Engage in daily customer communication and follow‑up to generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Conduct research to understand customer needs and tailor product and service messaging accordingly
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal development to order finalization
- Complete required training to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and services
- Manage business verification, credit underwriting, customer protection, and collaborate with fraud teams to ensure compliance
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 2‑4 years – Inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position
- Less than 2 years – Customer service, sales and/or retention

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $60,894 – $109,848, inclusive of target incentives
