Software / SaaS | Remote | USA | $300,000

We are looking for a founding Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation and discovery to negotiation and close, with a focus on enterprise and upper mid‑market accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Build account plans to drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities, focusing on strategic, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Contribute to building the sales process and best practices while maintaining accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasting.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience with a background in early‑stage companies with limited built‑in systems and processes.
  • Strong background in AI/ML, Automation, Voice AI, or related customer engagement technologies.
  • Formal sales training such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Force Management, etc.

Location:

Remote, United States (preferably in ET or CT time zones).

Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000
Total Compensation: $240,000 – $300,000 + Equity
