Summary

Customer-facing sales role focused on accessories that drives both in-store and digital sales through relationship-building and the use of selling tools. The salesperson meets sales goals, maintains merchandising standards, and supports cross-department tasks as needed.

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to grow a personal customer following
• Provide high-quality service and honest style and fit recommendations
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open customer rewards program accounts and promote program participation
• Support team by occasionally performing duties in other departments and work a flexible schedule based on business needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with a focus on sales performance
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and use of hands
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
