We’re hiring motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the Kansas City area. No insurance license required — we’ll pay for your training and licensing so you can hit the ground running.

• Contribute to a high-performing sales team in a fast-growing insurtech company.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and work with uncapped commission.
• Engage with prospects, qualify needs, and present Steadily’s solutions.
• Participate in paid training and licensing programs.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years in a customer-facing role (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).
• Tech-Savvy:
  Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
• Driven & Competitive:
  Motivated by sales goals and uncapped commission.
• Self-Starter:
  Takes initiative and thrives under accountability.

• Pay:
  Base salary of 60k plus uncapped commission; top agents earn $200,000+.
• Equity:
  Stock options in a fast-growing company
