Sales Representative, Business Development, Sales Development Rep/SDR
The Account Executive I is responsible for driving revenue growth and attaining quota by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. The scope of this job includes opportunity identification, forecasting, sales execution, and client satisfaction.
This role supports our Well Sky Home team, with a focus on growing our Home Health and Hospice market (net new logos, small markets). The position is based on site at our World Headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas.

Key Responsibilities- Identify add-on sales and upsell opportunities by calling on small to mid-sized prospects and clients, qualifying non-complex new sales leads, and following up on existing leads.
- Focus primarily on high volume and transactional sales opportunities for our CAHPS and Education services.
- Communicate solution features, benefits, and value propositions to existing clients.
- Track, maintain, and report sales pipeline and contact information in Salesforce.
- Achieve quarterly goals related to lead generation, pipeline management, and quota attainment set by Well Sky.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Willing to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
