Business Development Manager

Location: Greater Kansas City Metro

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Company Car

Our client is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and developing new business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing office and play a key role in establishing market share while working alongside a collaborative team.

• Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account retention.
• Analyze territory opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow market share.
• Collaborate with internal business partners and sales leadership.
• Represent the company professionally in the field, spending approximately 60% of your time meeting with prospects and clients.

• Proven business-to-business sales experience, preferably field-based sales.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver's license.
