Inside Sales Representative

A well-established Kansas City company is looking for a driven, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support and grow customer accounts. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required), strong communication skills, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.

Base salary $30k plus commission

• Manage and grow assigned accounts
• Conduct product demos and identify new buyers within existing organizations
• Maintain high activity levels (daily calls and outbound emails)
• Handle renewals, activations, invoicing confirmations, and past-due payment outreach
• Build strong client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Present solutions, overcome objections, and close additional sales
• Maintain renewal and buyer-retention performance standards
• Use internal systems confidently and accurately
• Collaborate with team leads to manage sales and implementation cycles
• Meet attendance, communication, and policy standards

• Customer service or sales experience (preferred, not required)
• Comfortability making outbound customer contacts and working in front of a computer all day
• Problem-solving ability and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-motivation, energy, and a positive attitude
• Moderate to advanced PC skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks with confidence

• Expand subscription usage and revenue
• Achieve 200%+ dollar renewal rate on assigned accounts
