Choice Hospice is seeking a results-driven Hospice Business Development Liaison (BDL) with proven success in home health and/or hospice marketing, referral development, and admissions growth
. This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales professional who understands relationship-based selling and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

What You’ll Do- Build, strengthen, and expand referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and community partners.
- Position Choice Hospice as the provider of choice through consultative selling and exceptional service.
- Develop strategic territory growth plans and execute initiatives that drive admissions.
- Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and patient benefits.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Partner closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Maintain strong visibility within the healthcare community through outreach and networking.
- Meet and exceed monthly admission and growth goals.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare marketing.
- Recent Home Health or Hospice marketing/business development experience with good work tenure strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success growing referrals and increasing admissions
- Established relationships within healthcare and post-acute markets preferred
- Strong understanding of hospice and home health operations and referral processes
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
- Home Care Home Base experience preferred
