The Tucker Agency with Farmers Insurance is growing, and we're looking for a driven, competitive Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.

We provide the leads, training, tools, and support you need to succeed. You bring the work ethic, coachability, and desire to win.

• Follow up with provided leads and prospective customers
• Make outbound calls and build relationships with new clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Prepare and present quotes confidently
• Consistently follow up and manage your sales pipeline
• Overcome objections and ask for the sale
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training

Licensing:
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license Preferred (or willingness to obtain). Licensing assistance available
