Coatings Operations Manager — Sales, Estimating & Crews

Own the revenue engine and delivery excellence for residential and commercial coatings projects. You’ll convert demand, scope with precision, coordinate skilled 1099 crews, and deliver results clients love—while keeping a close eye on profitability.

• Drive sales via multi-channel outreach, including door-to-door canvassing and hyper-local marketing initiatives.
• Assemble accurate, competitive estimates grounded in coatings best practices and materials expertise.
• Build trusted relationships with homeowners, property managers, general contractors, and local business owners.
• Recruit, vet, schedule, and manage 1099 painting subcontractors to meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution, ensuring stellar customer service through completion.
• Use Service Titan to log estimates, track job progress, manage invoices, and maintain clear customer communications.
• Purchase liquid paint and paint sundries from Ace Hardware with a focus on cost, availability, and quality.
• Continuously analyze sales and job performance data to enhance revenue growth and maintain profitability.

• 2+ years in painting or construction sales, project management, or estimating.
• Applied knowledge of residential and commercial painting workflows, surface prep, and materials.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close new business.
• Experience overseeing 1099 subcontractors with a focus on quality outcomes.
• Proficiency with Service Titan or comparable CRM/job management platforms.
• Outstanding organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort engaging in door-to-door canvassing and localized marketing campaigns.
• Self-starter mentality with a strong revenue and growth orientation.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

$20.00 per hour + 15% commission
