Armed Security Officer, Night

Job Description

Saint Luke's South Hospital in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Armed Security Officer to join our team. You will be required to know all aspects of security, including patrolling, approved security responses, and reporting incidents/issues according to department procedures.

Individuals must be 21 years or older to work in this position.

Full Time Night 9pm-7am, Wheel Rotation.

• Assists employees, patients, and visitors with parking needs; controls entrances and exits to parking lots.
• Patrols hospital campus and reports safety and security issues according to department procedures.
• Provides personal escorts and other routine security services to employees, patients, and visitors.

We are looking for someone who is excited about working with people and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, willingness to work, is adaptable and eager to learn. This position requires working autonomously as well as with a team.

Applicable

Experience:

• 2 years of experience.
• Valid Driver's License (various).
• Private Officer Commission experience (various).

Full Time Night (United States of America).
