Job Summary
Loss Prevention Coordinator – reports to Associate Manager, Loss Prevention Operations. Provides best‑in‑class support for loss prevention department operations including communications, vendor relationships, accounts payable, data analytics reporting and additional administrative duties.
Responsibilities- Efficient computer skills; work with remote video, point‑of‑sale exception reporting, evidence, data archival, AP software, and Microsoft applications.
- Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication; issue loss prevention bulletins outlining who, what, where, when, how and next steps.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively; assist in evidence collection for internal and external crimes.
- Provide administrative support to all department levels; maintain detail orientation and documentation.
- Support store alarm system needs (codes, service, etc.).
- Exceptional customer service; communicate with stores via email and phone in a positive manner.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

- High school diploma required; loss prevention experience preferred.

- Physical ability: climbing, lifting (up to 25lbs), standing, walking.
- No routine travel required.
- Position based in Store Support Center, Overland Park, KS.
Hourly rate: $12.00 to $15.00.
