As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Emergency Support in Overland Park, KS
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help create a secure, professional environment while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative approach.

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk of a technology and telecommunications location while following site-specific, security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor registration, issue temporary credentials, and direct guests in accordance with established access-control requirements.
• Monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, and communications equipment, reporting unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor, incident, and shift activity records while supporting a professional and welcoming reception environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
