** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk of a technology and telecommunications location while following site-specific, security-related procedures and policies.

+ Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor registration, issue temporary credentials, and direct guests in accordance with established access-control requirements.

+ Monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, and communications equipment, reporting unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.

+ Maintain accurate visitor, incident, and shift activity records while supporting a professional and welcoming reception environment.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
