About the Role
We’re hiring a versatile, hands-on Field Technician to support two of our growing service businesses:
Boss Mud jacking and Genesis Healthy Homes
. This is a flex role designed for someone who enjoys variety, physical work, and learning multiple trades - from concrete lifting and leveling to mold remediation and indoor air quality-related services.
This position will work alongside experienced crew members in the field and play a critical role in delivering high-quality results, maintaining jobsite professionalism, and supporting our standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities- Field Work & Project Support:
Work flexibly between our two business teams, Boss Mud jacking and Genesis Healthy Homes, depending on respective project schedules. - Communicate clearly with administrative coordinator and project leads.
- Assist with mud jacking projects, including setup, material handling, pumping operations, cleanup, and jobsite breakdown.
- Assist with mold remediation, odor treatment, and other healthy-home related services.
- Follow project scopes, safety procedures, and quality standards on every job.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional worksites - especially in occupied homes.
- Help maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean, working condition.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with homeowners, tenants, and property managers.
- Answer basic questions when appropriate and direct customers to lead staff as needed.
- Help ensure a positive customer experience from arrival to completion.
Required:
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Comfort with physical, hands-on work (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods).
- Willingness to learn multiple service types and follow detailed procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred: (Not Required)
- Experience in construction, restoration, concrete, remediation, or similar trades.
- Comfort working in basements, crawlspaces, and residential job sites.
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with tools and equipment.
- Interest in growing into a more advanced technical or leadership role.
- Full-time, primarily weekday work.
- Occasional early mornings or extended days depending on project needs.
- Schedule may vary based on which team you’re supporting that day.
