Installation Service Technician

We are seeking a full-time Installation Technician to join our team for on-site roles throughout the Kansas City area. This position is responsible for the installation and support of audio-visual and communication systems across a variety of commercial and government environments.

• Install audio-visual and communication systems in accordance with project designs and standards
• Perform structured cabling installation and cable terminations (copper and low-voltage)
• Install and mount A/V equipment, including displays, speakers, cameras, and peripherals
• Assemble and wire equipment racks
• Perform general equipment setup and assist with system checkout and testing
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites
• Follow safety standards and company installation best practices

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs and provide a high-quality service experience
• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members clearly and professionally
• Basic knowledge of audio-visual systems, networked communication devices, and related technologies
• Ability to work independently on-site and adapt to varied technical challenges
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation
• Prior experience in installation or field services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training in electronics or AV systems is an advantage
• The ability to work and pass screenings to work in highly secured facility's recommended
• Former or current military highly encouraged.
