We’re hiring a BAS Technician II to support installation, programming, startup, and commissioning of Building Automation Systems across Kansas and Missouri. You’ll work closely with the BAS Team Leader and play a key role in delivering clean, efficient, and high-quality system installations.

- Install, wire, and checkout BAS controllers, sensors, and network devices
- Perform point-to-point verification and calibration
- Support commissioning and system startup
- Deploy graphics and assist with programming
- Diagnose and resolve BACnet, Modbus, and IP communication issues
- Read and interpret control drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical plans
- Support service and warranty calls
- Assist with installation plans and schedules
- Maintain field documentation and as-builts
- Participate in jobsite coordination meetings
- Provide proactive updates on progress and material needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- 1–5 years of building automation, HVAC controls, or related experience a plus
- Associate’s degree in HVAC, electrical technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with BACnet/IP, MSTP, Modbus
- Experience with Delta Controls or Niagara preferred
- Solid computer and networking fundamentals
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Travel is primarily within Kansas and Missouri, with occasional U.S. travel depending on projects.
