Maintenance Make-Ready Technician
Department: Residential
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Overland Park, KS
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
DescriptionPrice Brothers Management Company, a property management company focused on residential properties in the Kansas and Missouri area, is seeking a motivated Make-Ready Technician to keep units ready for occupancy.
Key Responsibilities- Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance accurately and on schedule.
- Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standards.
- Assist with building and common area maintenance.
- Participate in the Preventative Maintenance Program and help organize and track property equipment.
- One year of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred).
- Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards.
- Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- Prior knowledge of various building codes.
- Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state.
