Perform general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across residential properties to ensure homes remain safe, functional, and well-maintained;
Complete multi-trade work involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC support, drywall repair, painting, flooring, and appliance maintenance and repairs;
Respond promptly and professionally to service requests and maintenance concerns, providing clear communication and excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders;
Conduct routine property inspections to identify issues early and recommend preventative maintenance actions to reduce future repair needs;
Prepare units for occupancy by performing repairs, touch-up work, and general improvements to meet quality and readiness standards
