Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AV Install Technician at TSI Global Companies, LLC in Overland Park, KS. The AV Install Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting audio and video systems, cabling installations, security & Access Control ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service, and providing excellent communication throughout the installation process.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Cabling skills
- Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of audio and video systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Technical certification in audiovisual technology is a plus
- Prior experience in installing AV/Security systems is preferred
