The City of Overland Park is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on city buildings and systems. This on-site role will inspect and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, perform basic carpentry and painting, and respond to maintenance requests and service tickets.
You will document work orders and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs while following safety procedures.
