Pavement Marking Laborer

$17–$20/hr + Overtime | Full-Time | Travel Opportunities

Looking for a hands‑on outdoor job with steady hours and room to grow? Join our pavement marking team and help keep roads safe and visible across Kansas. No experience needed—we provide paid training.

What You’ll Get:

• $17–$20per hour (based on experience and attitude)
• Full-time hours (40+ per week)
• Overtime available

What You’ll Do:

• Apply pavement markings on roads, highways, parking lots, and airfields
• Operate and help maintain striping equipment and paint trucks
• Assist with layout and measurements to ensure accuracy
• Work outdoors with a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and ready to work
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willing to travel and stay out of town as needed
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Able to pass a drug screen
