Avanti Residential seeks a Service Technician to keep Highlands Lodge in excellent condition, handling unit readiness and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances. You will respond to after-hours emergencies as needed and work with our team to maintain a safe, welcoming community.
You’ll handle 24-hour maintenance, complete duties within 24 hours, and assist with grounds and exterior upkeep. Excellent communication with residents and vendors is essential.
