This position serves customers throughout the Kansas City metro area, including Kansas City, Overland Park, Lenexa, Olathe, and surrounding areas. Position Overview:

As a Tru Blue Technician, you will be responsible for completing a variety of residential and/or commercial maintenance, repair, and remodeling tasks with professionalism and efficiency. This is a client-facing role requiring both technical skill and strong communication.
Pay Range: $25-$35 hourly based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work (carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical/plumbing, etc.)
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
• Complete jobs in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members

• Proven experience as a handyman, remodeler, or in a similar trade
• Strong working knowledge across multiple repair disciplines
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and own tools
• Solid professional references required
