Job Summary
Art of Drawers is looking for part‑time installation partners who are skilled craftsmen who know how to use a toolbox, saw, drill, and level and want to be known for providing a platinum level of service.
We Offer- Averages $40–$60 per hour depending on pace and project size.
- 3-Day Training:
Hands‑on instruction covering installation standards, product systems, troubleshooting, and finish expectations. - Direct track to Lead Installer with potential pay increase.
- High-Value DIFM Customers – Homeowners who pay for quality and often request additional projects.
- Low Risk, High Support – Materials provided and minimal administrative burden.
- Opportunities for Bonuses & Referral Fees – Performance-based rewards available.
- Additional Client Work – Many installers build ongoing relationships that lead to direct side projects outside of Art of Drawers.
- Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, handyman work, or skilled trades.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, precise craftsmanship.
- Professional, punctual, customer‑respectful demeanor.
- Comfort with standardized install methods and quality guidelines.
- Ability to identify issues early and communicate clearly.
- Tools and transportation appropriate for delivering and installing product.
- Cabinet refacing or related experience is a plus as our offerings continue to expand.
