Townhouse Maintenance

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Maintenance Person to manage and maintain our 100-unit townhouse property. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in apartment maintenance, working independently to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and fully operational. This position demands a diverse technical skill set, strong problem-solving ability, and dedication to delivering exceptional tenant service.

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Conduct repairs on small appliances
• Keep the property free of litter and maintain cleanliness standards
• Rehab units after tenant move-outs for prompt re-occupancy
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using both digital and manual systems
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Provide after-hours on-call availability for urgent maintenance issues

• 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Proficiency in HVAC maintenance and appliance repair
• Strong property maintenance and carpentry skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

We are a 100 unit multi-family townhouse cooperative community in Olathe, Kansas.
